1. Use of Services & Bookings
 

By using SG Swift Courier Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our courier services are available only to individuals and businesses who can legally enter into contracts, and you must provide accurate and complete information when booking deliveries. Prices may change without notice, and payment must be made before or upon collection unless otherwise agreed.
 

2. Liability & Prohibited Items
We take reasonable care in handling all parcels, but our liability is limited to the declared value of the item or SGD $50, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic or weather) or for items damaged due to improper packaging. You may not send hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items, including flammable goods, drugs, or counterfeit items.

 

3. Changes & Governing Law

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
