1. General Terms

At SG Swift Courier Services, we are committed to providing fast and reliable courier solutions. Refunds are only applicable in cases where we are unable to complete a delivery due to reasons within our control, such as service cancellation or operational errors. Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, or external factors such as weather, traffic disruptions, or government restrictions. Customers must request a refund within 7 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date, and verified refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
2. Conditions and Exclusions

Full refunds will be issued only if the delivery was not completed due to an error on our part, while partial refunds may be offered when part of the service was rendered but did not meet agreed standards. Refunds are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations after parcel collection. Customers must provide proof of order, such as an invoice, receipt, or tracking number, when submitting a refund request.
3. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take every precaution to handle parcels with care. If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit due to our fault, we will investigate promptly and provide a resolution within 7 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement delivery or a refund up to the declared value of the item. Customers must provide photographic evidence of damage and the delivery receipt for verification. Please note that SG Swift Courier Services is not liable for improperly packaged items, prohibited items, or parcels with a declared value exceeding our compensation limit.
